The chaotic era calls for heroes to defend the peace against the malicious villains.
Hence, such heroes in a warlike age have fought to regain the peace in the world from the villains, however as the time goes by, the peace is disturbed again and we ask for new heroes to come along. Through the cycles of peace and disturbance, we are now faced with the new challenge. There exists the qualitative unbalance between our heroes and the villains ? i.e. there is a surplus of heroes and a shortage of villains as number of heroes increases when that of opposing forces decreases. The members of Universal Heroes Association have gathered to discuss this matter and they concluded the meeting with following solutions, which are listed below.

- Now our heroes can only rival against the villains through the tournament called
  "Bumping Heroes", held by the UHA.

- Through the tournament our heroes will compete against one another to become a
  “true hero”. “Bumping Heroes” will gradually spread throughout the universe and
  more heroes will come from all over the universe to participate to win a meritorious
  title of being a “true hero”, which will heat up the tournament with fervor and   0enthusiasm.
